AI & EdTech Intern Recruitment (GPT Testing & Optimization)
Capstone Education is seeking a detail-oriented student intern to test, evaluate, and improve a suite of custom GPT tools used for international education advising, marketing, and student support.
This is a hands-on role working directly with cutting-edge AI applications in a real business environment.
Location
Hanoi (hybrid preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Test custom GPTs across use cases (e.g., scholarship search, visa prep, cultural readiness)
- Run structured test prompts and document outputs
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and “hallucinations”
- Evaluate user experience (clarity, usefulness, tone, accuracy)
- Suggest improvements to prompts, instructions, and workflows
- Help refine bilingual (English/Vietnamese) responses
- Assist with basic data organization (Google Sheets, forms, reports)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong English skills (written and analytical); Vietnamese fluency required
- Curious about AI, ChatGPT, and education technology
- Highly detail-oriented and systematic thinker
- Comfortable giving honest, constructive feedback
- Familiar with Google Docs/Sheets (bonus: basic prompt engineering)
- Interest in studying abroad or international education is a plus
