Everett Community College (EvCC) is located 35 minutes north of Seattle, within view of the sparkling waters of the Puget Sound and the snowy peaks of the Cascade Mountain range. EvCC is a two-year college which offers a two-year Associate degree (equivalent to the first two years at a four-year college or university), after which many students transfer to one of the universities in the U.S to complete their Bachelor’s degree in the final two years, in addition to vocational and certificate programs.  It also offers an Intensive English Language program for students who want to work on their English skills. In addition, EvCC offers students from 16 years old a High School Completion program in which students can complete coursework for a high school diploma which meets the minimum credit requirements of the state of Washington and earn a two-year Associate degree.  EvCC’s international students have transferred to many different universities such as the University of Washington, Washington State University, Seattle University, University of Utah, Arizona State University and the University of Oregon.
