In the Opus College of Engineering, the undergraduate program was ranked 124th (2016); the biomedical engineering graduate program 63rd (2016); the civil engineering graduate program 87th (2016); among various majors.

Scholarships and career opportunities

International undergraduate students are eligible for Pere Marquette scholarships, beginning in their first year and renewable for up to four years, with the range of $5,000 – 16,000 per year. Graduate students receive tuition scholarships vary by department, and also have access to graduate research and teaching assistantships which provide tuition and stipend.

Campus life at Marquette extends beyond the classroom. Located in Milwaukee with many key industries and active alumni nearby, Marquette students have many internship and co-op opportunities related to their fields of study. Students can participate in internships in the city and join more than 250 student organizations focused on performing arts, athletics, media, culture, spirituality and service.  

Marquette students are in demand.  One year after graduation, 94% of alumni are employed full-time, attending graduate school or serving in a service organization.
